Catering Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to the estimate provided and providing a deposit for your event, you are expressly accepting the below Terms and Conditions.
Headcount and Menu Updates
Final headcount is due no later than 3 weeks from event date. Any updates to the final headcount will be reflected in an estimate update and invoice correction. Any menu changes will require an updated estimate and invoice. No menu changes are allowed inside of 3 weeks unless agreed upon. Final invoice will be provided within 15 days of the event to be paid on the date of the event.
Minimum 30% deposit is required on all Catering Events to secure date/menu at the estimated headcount provided at time of quote. If a cancellation is requested, the following schedule will be followed for deposit refunds.
|Cancellation requested greater than 90 days||Full refund is issued|
|Cancellation requested between 90 days and 30 days||50% refund is issued|
|Cancellation requested inside 30 days||No refund issued|
Market Price Changes
In the event of unforeseen major market pricing fluctuations, North Fork BBQ reserves the right to update the quoted pricing with the increased market prices. North Fork BBQ will provide notification in writing of the increase and will do everything in its power to ensure pricing is not adjusted unless major market price fluctuations occur.
