SANTA MARIA STYLE TRI-TIP
Deriving from the central coast of California, our Tri-Tip is prepared Santa Maria Style over an open oak-pit BBQ. Our “California” blend of fresh spices and herbs are applied with no MSG added and is guaranteed to be incredibly tender and full of flavor.

SWEET HONEY LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN
Succulent drumsticks and thighs marinated in roasted garlic olive oil, local honey, fresh sliced lemons and homemade lemon pepper seasoning. Grilled on the Santa Maria to a perfect 165 degrees. Mopped with our sweet garlic BBQ sauce, this chicken explodes with intense flavors that will have your guests wanting more.

WET/DRY PORK RIBS
Our famous glazed fall of the bone ribs are prepared using special dry rubs and over low heat until a beautiful bark forms. There then wrapped with brown sugar, butter, raw honey and homemade sauces for hours to achieve the perfect mouth-watering tenderness.

GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN
Fresh, never frozen, bone in chicken thighs and drumsticks marinated in creamy Italian dressing, seasoned gently and mopped with our signature homemade BBQ sauce. A family favorite backyard BBQ recipe we grew up on. Great to pair with our chili and rice pilaf! 

COINED SAUSAGE
Mounds of juicy smoked Cajun or Cheddar Jalapeno sausage coined into bite size rounds making for a perfect appetizer or main course for any event.

SOUTHWEST SALAD
Kern Family Farms fresh hand picked greens topped with red onion, black beans, sweet corn, and crispy tortilla strips. Drizzled with a mix of buttermilk ranch and V’s homemade BBQ sauce. A beautiful salad for any occasion.

SMOKED BACON MAC & CHEESE
The best and creamiest Macaroni and cheese you will ever feast on. Have your guests cut through layered roasted garlic bread crumbs into creamy 3 cheese macaroni. Topped with candied applewood bacon and smoked until perfection, this mouth watering dish is perfect for any occasion.

MAMA’S RICE PILAF
Made from scratch, this warm, fluffy and buttery rice is suitable for any occasion and has been a family staple for generations. Pairs great with Pappy’s chili and Tri Tip.

PAPPY’S CHILI BEANS
Ground beef and an assortment of spices and beans make up this great ranch chili.

LOADED JALAPENO POPPERS
Freshly sliced jalapeno peppers, layered with cream cheese and cheddar cheese. Topped with crumbled bacon, parsley and BBQ rub. Makes for a perfect appetizer! Can be made Spicy or Mild.

SWEET GARLIC HOMESTYLE MEATBALLS
A perfect appetizer or side for your event! These homestyle meatballs are smoked up to the perfect temperature and tossed with our homemade signature sweet garlic BBQ Sauce.

SANTA MARIA FRENCH GARLIC BREAD
Sink your teeth in this soft and doughy French bread that is grilled over an open pit fire! Slathered with garlic butter and a blend of seasonings, this fresh garlic bread is a must with Tri Tip and is a true staple of the traditional Santa Maria meal.

SUMMER BROCCOLI SALAD
Another fan favorite dish consisting of chopped broccoli florets, dried tart cherries, sunflower seeds, sharp cheddar cheese and red onion. Tossed with a light homemade Dijon vinaigrette.

APPLE POPPY SALAD
Our favorite salad! A Mix of fresh Kern greens tossed with raisins, toasted almonds, apple slices and a light drizzle of poppy seed dressing.

SOUTHERN STYLE POTATO SALAD
A sweeter chunkier version of traditional potato salad that pairs great with any main course!

GARDEN SALAD
Farm to table hand picked greens with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, croutons and your choice of Italian dressing or balsamic vinaigrette.

ROASTED VEGGIES
A variety of fresh vegetables seasoned gently and lightly charred over an open oak pit fire. Squash, Zucchini, Asparagus, Sweet Peppers, Onions and Bell Peppers! Additional veggies can be grilled upon request.

FRUIT BOWL
Tons of fresh fruit piled on top of each other. Watermelon, Cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, pineapple and blueberries topped with pomegranate seeds.
